We'll tell you the price before we start work. And we'll put it in writing for you. There's no overtime, no funny stuff, and no "restocking fees" (or any other clever term meant to cover up something you shouldn't be charged for).

 We don't just give special deals to new customers and forget about our loyal ones. In fact, we have "VIP SERVICE PLAN" for you to take advantage of should you decide to. We have customer loyalty specials you can take advantage of if your a VIP Plan holder.

Call and ask us about our "multiple job discounts." Since multiple jobs can be done during the same visit, eliminating extra travel time, stocking, etc., we can often pass some of these cost savings on to you.

    We will contact you to schedule a plumbing safety and operational inspection at no additional charge. This inspection will inform you of any items which may need attention to maintain your plumbing systems in proper working order to protect your property, health, and safety.

  • Minor repairs / adjustments may be corrected without charge

    You will be informed prior to performing any repairs which may result in additional expense.

  • Savings

    You will receive the "Value Rate" on any services requested, which is approximately 15% discount off our standard rate!!!
